The staff were polite and attentive throughout our stay. The beautiful suite had a fine lake view, made for a peaceful getaway. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The layout of the room felt cramped at times, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The homemade ice-cream at Som do Mar is pure bliss! Don't skip the endless options at nearby restaurants like Paiol Sao Benedito, serving mouth-watering dishes and vibing with local flair. Overall great experience with polite staff.
Better to not charge before arrival, which took me by surprise, but everything else shined bright like the Cabo sun!

I spent five nights in the Beautiful Suite with Lake View. The staff were polite and attentive. The room was spacious and had fine views of the lake. I enjoyed the pleasant patio area where I could relax with a drink. Free Wi-Fi in the room was a nice bonus. The ironing facilities were handy. Housekeeping kept everything clean, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. I faced an issue with the pre-charge for my stay. Communication could improve too. I sent a couple of emails to the hotel but didn't receive a response. Despite these minor hiccups, my stay was enjoyable overall!
